Study on JAK/STAT pathway and electroacupuncture-intervention on apoptosis after focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion

摘要 JAK/STAT信号通路广泛参与细胞的增殖、分化、应激、凋亡以及炎症反应和免疫调节等过程,在脑缺血再灌注损伤的病理过程中起重要作用。但是该通路与脑缺血再灌注损伤神经元凋亡的关系尚缺乏深入的研究。因此,深入了解JAK/STAT信号转导通路与神经细胞凋亡间的关系,并研究以电针为干预手段,基于该通路变化的电针抗神经元凋亡作用,对脑缺血损伤的治疗具有深远的意义,且为针灸抗神经元凋亡作用机制的完善提供依据。 JAK/STAT signaling pathway is widely involved in the process of cell proliferation, differentiation, Oxidative stress, apoptosis, inflammatory response and immune regulation. It plays an important role in brain injury after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. But the study on the relationship between this pathway and apoptosis is not so thorough. There will be far reching significance to further study the relationship between the JAK/STAT pathway and neuronal apoptosis and to understand electroacupuncture-intervention on apoptosis after focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, which will provide a basis for anti-apoptosis in the perfection of the mechanism of acupuncture.
