白介素-2在小鼠太阳病(风寒表证)中的表达

Interleukin-2 expression in the mice’s Tai yang disease (wind cold exterior syndrome)

目的:探讨小鼠太阳病(风寒表证)白介素-2(IL-2)的变化。方法:根据文献报道"小鼠风寒表证"疾病模型制作方法,结合模拟实验的经验制作动物模型,采用酶联免疫吸附实验法(ELISA)定量检测小鼠动物疾病实验组和对照组1周内每日11时与23时小鼠血清中IL-2的含量。结果:实验组和对照组IL-2的表达呈现为夜间高、白昼低的变化;实验组IL-2的表达高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),高峰在第3天,此后逐渐下降,两组趋于一致。结论:实验组IL-2的表达变化基本吻合了外感表证7d自愈的病程。

Objective： To study the variation of interleukin-2 （IL-2） in Tai yang disease （wind cold exterior syndrome）. Methods： Based on the disease model of ＇wind cold exterior syndrome of mice＇ reported in literature, combined with experience of the animal mode experiment, taking the method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） to observe and compare the variation of IL-2 between the control group and the experiment group in a week （from 1 la.m to 1 lp.m per day）. Results： The expression of IL-2 in the control group and the experiment group had a change of low at night and high in daytime. Within the disease cycle of wind cold exterior syndrome which lasted seven days, the expression of IL-2 in mice of experiment group increased, which was higher than the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）; which could reach to a peak on the third day, and then decreased afterwards. The variation curve of expression of IL-2 in mice of experiment group was basically parallel to the one of the control group. Conclusion： The expression changes of IL-2 in mice of experiment group was coincided with the self-healing of exogenous superficies syndrome in seven days.
