复方决明子手握小枕改善手部潮湿、湿疹的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of improving sweaty or eczema at palm and fingers gap with herb compound Juemingzi hand hold pillow

目的:观察复方决明子手握小枕改善手部潮湿、湿疹的效果。方法:将73例老年痴呆伴有手掌和(或)指间潮湿/或有湿疹患者按入院时间先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规护理基础上使用复方决明子手握小枕,对照组仅接受常规护理,5周后观察比较两组患者手掌、指间潮湿/或湿疹情况。结果:干预5周后,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药复方决明子手握小枕能有效改善老年痴呆患者手掌和指间潮湿、湿疹的发生。

objectives： To observe the effect of improving sweaty or eczema at palm and fingers gap with herb compound Juemingzi pillow. Methods： 73 senile dementia patients with sweaty or eczema at palm and fingers gap were divided into the observation group and control group according to the admission time. All the patients received routine nursing care. In addition, patients in the observation group received herb compound Juemingzi pillow for five weeks. The patients＇ sweaty or eczema at palm and fingers gap were compared. Results： After five weeks of intervention, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Herb compound Juemingzi hand-hold pillow could effectively improve sweaty or eczema at palm and fingers gap.
