提高公安院校大学生国防意识的对策和措施研究

作为保卫国家安全、保护人民利益、维护社会稳定的人民民主专政工具，公安机关不论平时处理军地纠纷、保卫军事设施安全、支援部队建设，还是战时协同部队开展政治动员、疏散人民群众、增援前线作战都发挥着重大作用。公安干警国防意识的强弱、国防知识的多少直接关系到能否圆满完成与国防建设、战争准备以及增援作战相关的各项任务。培育作为公安机关生力军和后备力量的公安院校大学生的国防意识，提高其军事素养，对于他们打牢关心国防建设、支持国防建设、投身国防建设的思想基础具有极其重要的意义。

The public security organs aim to safeguard national security, protect people＇s interests, and keep social stability. As the tools of the people＇s democratic dictatorship, it plays an important role not only in flexibly dealing with disputes, protecting military facilities safety, and supporting troops construction at ordinary times, but also in carrying out the political mobilization, evacuating people, and assisting the front line in wartime. The Police officers＇ national defense consciousness and knowledge directly determines how much can be accomplished in the national defense construction, war preparation, and the related tasks. Therefore, it is of vital significance to cultivate the students＇ national defense consciousness. As the reserve forces of the public security organs, the students of the public security colleges should pay their efforts to improve their military quality and devote themselves to national defense construction.
