摘要
培养法律思维是法学教育的主要目标,而目前多数高校的《法理学》课程仅仅在大一开设,这种设置方式存在着很多局限与不足。分级设置的教学改革则可以针对不同年级学生的不同情况讲授相应内容,循序渐进地培养其法律思维。当然,分级设置的教学改革也有其自身的局限。从对《法理学》课程分级设置的讨论中可以看到,当前的法学教育需要大规模提升实践性教学环节和内容,法律方法论就是其中的重点方向。
Training legal thinking is the main target of law education. At present, most colleges have the jurisprudence course only in freshman year, which really exist some limitations. The rates settings can be set for different grade students of different teaching content, and can cultivate students' legal thinking step by step. Of course, it has its own limitations. From the discussion of this kind of teaching reform of the jurisprudence course, we can conclude that, current legal education should lay more emphasis on practical teaching links and content, especially the legal methodology.
