少数民族地区基层检察干警健康状况调查分析——以会理县人民检察院为例

Investigation and Analysis on Health of Procuratorial Police in Basic Level in Minority Area Taking the People's Procuratorate of Huili County as an Example

通过调查会理县人民检察院检察人员的健康状况、查阅相关文献,结合检察工作实际情况进行分析,发现工作量大、心理压力大是影响检察人员身心健康的主要因素,同时提出相应的对策。

By the procuratorial personnel health investigation in the People＇s Procuratorate of Huili county, consulting some relevant literatures, combining with the analysis of actual working situation, this paper proclaims that the workload, mental stress are the main factors that influence the procuratorial personnel＇s physical and mental health and comes up with some corresponding countermeasures.
