摘要
水热法合成了一个新的Zn、Na双金属配合物,poly[di-μ2-aqua-di-μ5-oxalato-μ4-oxalato-disodiumdizinc(II)],[NaZn(C2O4)3/2(H2O)]n.通过X-射线单晶衍射仪测定其结构,结果表明:晶体为单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群,晶胞参数a=5.8834(14)@,b=15.687(4)@,c=6.9780(16)@,α=90.00°,β=100.343(2)°,γ=90.00°,V=633.6(3)@3,Z=4.在非对称的结构中,由两个晶体学独立的草酸组,其中一个在反演中心,另外一个在一般位置;每个锌离子为六配位,钠离子为七配位,配合物通过配位螯合及草酸桥联形成三维超分子结构,配位水与另外两个草酸根离子的氧形成氢键,并参与了配合物的空间连接,使配合物的空间结构更加稳定.
Hydrothermal Synthesis of a new Zn, Fe bimetallic complexes, poly[di-μ2 -aqua- di-μ5 - oxalato-μ4 - oxalato- disodiumdizinc (II)], [NaZn (C2O4 ) 3/2 (H2O)] n. The compound has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by X--ray single crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, and its group space is P2(1)/c, a=5. 8834(14) A,b=15. 687(4) A,c=6. 9780(16) A,α=90.00°,β=100.343(2)°,γ=90.00°,V=633.6(3)A^3, Z=4. There are two erystallographieally independent oxalate groups in the asymmetric unit, one lying on an inversion center and the other on a general position. The Zn atom is six-coordinate and Na is seven-coordinate; Complexes by the ligand chelating and bridging oxalate formation of three-dimensional supramoleeular structure, There are hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water and oxalate ions, and hydrogen bonds make the structure of the complex more stable.
