经皮穿刺椎体后凸成形术结合椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折40例临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)结合经皮穿刺椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法对两院收治的40例骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者行PKP结合PVP术治疗,比较治疗前后Cobbe角和目测类比定级法(VAS)评分情况。结果所有患者术后、末次随访Cobbe角测量值均小于术前,差异有统计学意义。所有患者术后、末次随访时VAS评分均明显低于术前,差异有统计学意义。结论 PKP结合PVP治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折安全可靠,近期疗效满意。
