摘要
乳腺癌在发生发展过程中及手术治疗后,常常伴有患侧上肢淋巴水肿,对患者生活质量产生严重影响。常用疗法包括物理治疗、药物治疗、手术治疗、内服中药汤剂、中成药静脉注射和针灸推拿。单一疗法很难完全解决这一问题。
Upper limb lymphedema usually complicate breast cancer, which significantly impact the patients＇ quality of life. The man- agement includes physical therapy, medicine, surgery, Chinese Medicine decoction, Chinese patent medicine injection, and acupuncture and massage. Combined strategy is needed for none of a single therapy is effective enough.
