Performance of Assistive Devices Program in Zhabei, Shanghai: A Brief Introduction

闸北区残疾人辅助器具组合适配项目组合适配资源配置充足,实施后残疾人的生活质量明显提升;残疾人对辅助器具组合适配服务整体满意度较高。辅助器具组合适配服务过程中存在人员工作机制不健全、筛选标准不够明确、评估内容填写完整性不足、组合适配范围较有限、随访服务缺位等问题。

The Assistive Devices Program was funded and supported sufficiently, and improved the qulity of life of the disabled per-sons significantly （scores of SF-36）. Most disabled users were satisfied with the Program. Some problems, such as inefficient way of work-ing, undefined screening standards, lack of integrity of the assessment content, limited categories of assistive devices and home modifica-tions, unavailable follow-up services, needed to be improved.
