摘要
新时期工会推进和谐劳动关系建设具有重大现实意义:努力构建和谐劳动关系,既是建设社会主义和谐社会的基础,又是完善社会主义市场经济体制的内在要求;既是协调劳动关系矛盾的迫切需要,又是落实中国特色社会主义工会维权观的重要途径,因而是中国工会必须承担和努力完成的重要职责。当前我国工会组织,特别是企业工会,要努力做好建设和谐劳动关系的重要工作,就需要找准和抓住几个工作着力点:加强民主管理工作是和谐劳动关系建设的前提;建立健全科学有效的机制是和谐劳动关系建设的基础;维护员工合法权益是和谐劳动关系建设的关键;素质能力提升和满足精神文化需求是和谐劳动关系建设的平台;加强和改进工会工作则是和谐劳动关系建设的保障。
trying to build a harmonious labor relations is both the basis of building a socialist harmonious society, and an inherent requirement to improve the socialist market economic system; is both an urgent need to coordinate the conflicts in labor relations, and the important way to implement the union rights concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and therefore is an important duty that Chinas trade unions must take and complete. For trade union organizations doing a good job to build a harmonious labor relations needs to identify and seize several key points: the strengthening of democratic management work is the premise of the construction of harmonious labor relations; establishing and sounding a scientific and effective mechanism is the foundation for building a harmonious labor relations; maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of employees is the key to building a harmonious labor relations; enhancing the quality and ability and meeting the spiritual and cultural needs is the platform of harmonious labor relations construction; strengthening and improving the work of trade unions is the protection to the building of a harmonious labor relations.
