近年来,日照市各类新型农业经营主体呈现出蓬勃发展的良好势头,在加快农业转方式调结构、增创农业农村发展新优势中发挥了重要作用。但由于发展时间较短,多数新型经营主体无论是带动能力还是内部管理,无论是外部环境还是领导措施,都还存在一些急需解决的问题。加快新型农业经营主体发展,应当明确发展目标,强化典型培育,抓好规范提升,落实扶持政策,搞好各项服务,形成以家庭承包农户为基础,专业大户、家庭农场、农民合作社、农业龙头企业为骨干,其他组织形式为补充的现代农业生产经营新格局。
