农民专业合作社节约交易成本模型的构建与实证研究——以新疆和静县为例

Construction and Empirical Study of Transaction Cost Saving Model in Farmer's Specialized Cooperatives——A Case Study of Hejing County in Xinjiang

以交易成本理论为分析基础,对"农户+市场"模式与"农户+专业合作社+市场"模式进行了分析比较,构建出农民专业合作社节约交易成本分析模型,并对该模型进行了理论证明。利用对新疆和静县农民专业合作社的调查和座谈数据,经过实证研究,得出"农户+专业合作社+市场"模式要比"农户+市场"模式节约交易成本37.5%,在专业合作社参与下,每个社员农户可以节约交易成本1500元。调查还发现当前农民专业合作社与社员间存在交易成本较高的问题,本文就调查和实证分析提出了节约交易成本的对策建议,以推动农民专业合作社健康快速发展。

This paper used transaction cost theory to make a comparative study of ＂farmers ＋ market＂ model and ＂farmers ＋ specialized cooperatives ＋ market＂ model and constructed a transaction cost saving model in farmers＂ specialized cooperatives and further studied the model theoretically. By investigating farmers＇specialized cooperatives of HeJing County in Xinjiang and studying the discussion data in combination with empirical study, this paper drew the conclusion that ＂farmers ＋ specialized cooperatives ＋ market＂ model could save transaction costs by 37.5% in contrast to ＂farmers ＋ market＂ model. And each member could save 1500 yuan with participation in coopera- tives. The survey also found high transaction cost between cooperatives and the members. Based on the above, this paper pu＇t forward measures to save transaction cost in the hope of promoting the sound and rapid development of farmers＂ specialized co - operatives.
