A Research on Path to Construction of Socialist Harmonious Culture with Chinese Characteristics

当前中国特色社会主义和谐文化建设面临的问题:理论层面上,对社会主义和谐文化建设理论的研究缺乏整体性和系统性;实践层面上,和谐文化建设主体本身的主动性与积极性不能适应当前建设需求,作为和谐文化建设双重驱动之一的文化产业发展也存在着和谐理念缺失的问题。对此,需以和谐理念完善社会制度文化的顶层设计,以制度的优越性来促进和谐文化的发展;以和谐理念加大公民思想道德教育力度,全面提高人民群众的思想道德境界;以和谐理念发展文化产业,努力使和谐文化产业成为国民经济的支柱性产业。

Construction of socialist harmonious society with Chinese characteristics now is confronted with lots of problems including lack of integrity and systematicness on theoretical level, failure of harmonious culture construction bodies to take the initiative to meet the demand on practical level and missing of concept of harmony in cultural industry development as one of the dual drives in harmonious cultural construction. In view of the above, the concept of harmony is required to improve the top - level design in social system and culture and the development of harmonious culture can be achieved with the superiority of the system. Besides, the concept of harmony can be used both to strengthen efforts in citizens＇ideological and moral education to comprehensively improve people＇s ideological and moral realm and to develop cultural industry, and further to strive to make harmonious cultural industry become a pillar industry of the national economy.
