摘要 结合云理论和关联规则,提出了一种基于云关联规则的液体火箭发动机实时故障检测方法,不仅有效克服了传统关联规则检测算法中边界划分过硬的缺点,而且通过对云模型的期望进行实时修正,有效消除了环境干扰和测量误差等随机性的影响。结合实际试车数据的验证结果表明,该方法能够实时准确地检测出液体火箭发动机的故障,并具有良好的可靠性和稳健性。 A real-time fault detection method for liquid-propellant rocket engines is proposed in the paper based on the integra- tion of cloud model and association rules. The method is able to overcome the deficiency of traditional association rules in which the partition of domain boundary for the quantitative attributes is too hard. In addition, the random in mea- sured variables and disturbance are also well decreased by way of real-time modification for the expectation of the cloud model. Results with test data show that the method can detect the faults in time and precise, and can be reliable and robust.
