The Strategy of Exchanges and Cooperation on Higher Education Between China and Korea

在全球化背景下,中韩高等教育交流与合作,是高等教育国际化的重要体现。通过对两国间教育交流与合作的发展现状进行梳理和分析,发现在取得骄人的成绩背后存在亟须解决的问题。补充和完善高等教育合作的政策和制度、拓宽联合培养人才的路径、提升留学生管理和服务能力、实现"规模"到"质量"的转变,是加强和深化中韩高等教育交流合作的有效策略。

In the context of globalization, China and South Korea put forward the exchanges and coop- eration on higher education, which is an important manifestation of the internationalization of higher education. Through sorting out and analyzing the status quo of educational exchanges and cooperation between the two countries, it will find that there is urgent need to solve the problems in the remarka- ble achievement behind. Therefore, these are effective strategies for the exchanges and cooperation between China and South Korea： to establish and improve the relevant systems and policies on higher education, expand the channel of jointly training the personnel, enhance the capability on the admin- istration and service of the overseas students, and realize the transformation from the scale to the qual- ity.
