摘要 在分析师范生就业难的原因的基础上,构建由思想跟进、服务跟进、活动跟进三个部分共同组成的"跟进式"教育模式,从实施效果来看,"跟进式"教育模式提升了师范生的就业竞争力。 In China and other developing countries, employment is very serious, especially the students employment, which is influenced by multiple factors, so the employment situation is more se- rious. This article first expounds the difficult employment of students, focusing on how to use putting forward "follow up" education pattern to enhance the employment competitiveness of students in that climate.
