摘要
对绩效理论与薪酬理论及其相关的理论支持作了介绍。从绩效管理理论本身的局限以及从心理学角度探讨得出绩效薪酬存在负面影响并带来新的道德风险的结论。能力素质模型研究融合了心理学和人力资源管理的理论,它的引入为企业的人力资源管理提供了一种新的思维方式和工作方法。
In the past 3 decades, the competency model has been one of the hot research fields in the world and the application of the model is regarded as a very important innovation in human resource management. By using the competency salary theory, a completely new theory, and relevant psychological theory, this paper explores and researches ethics risks triggered by performance salary of executives. The main conclusions of this paper are that performance management theory has its limitations which will bring a new ethics risks.
