随着《关于各级博物馆、纪念馆免费开放的通知》的实施,激增的观众数量和日益高涨的文化需求,对于博物馆原有的管理模式构成巨大的冲击。鉴于此,组建志愿者团队,运用丰富的志愿者资源成为博物馆解决这一问题的有效方法。然而,由于缺乏具体可行的操作规范或指导,志愿者资源往往难以有效利用。通过良渚博物院志愿者服务社志愿者注册机制的实例,探讨加强志愿者注册机制对提高志愿者队伍管理效果的重要性。

With the implementation of the notice that the museums and memorial halls are free for tickets, the surge in number of audience and the growing cultural needs for the museum had made a huge impact to the original management mode. In view of this, a team using the rich resources of volunteers is an effective method for museum to solve this problem. However, due to the lack of specific feasible operating specifications or instructions, volunteers＇ resources are often difficult to be effectively used. By the instance of Liangzhu museum volunteer service registration mechanism, we will try to explore how to strengthen volunteer registration mechanism and the improvement of the effect of volunteers＇ management. These are of great importance.
