夏热冬冷地区建筑不同围护结构对地板采暖系统的影响分析

摘要 考虑尽量保留各种居住房间类型并减少同类型房间数,利用负荷计算商业软件,分析了夏热冬冷地区建筑不同围护结构对地板采暖系统的影响。分析结果表明,在夏热冬冷地区,围护结构保温效果提升,在初期将导致围护结构耗热量显著降低,但随着保温层厚度增加,耗热量变化趋向平缓,节能收益降低;门窗气密性能提升可以显著降低冷风渗入耗热量;节能型建筑围护结构下,地板采暖房间的末端配置基本不变,但热源配置可减小50%以上,热源规模和初投资显著降低。 The heating load under different building envelope was analyzed using a commercial software in a floor heating system, considering various room utility and less room quantity. The results indicated that in hot summer and cold winter zone, the heat consumption through building envelop decrease with the increase of envelope insulation initially. The savings of energy consumption decreased when the heat consumption through envelope reached a steady state. The perfor- mance improvement of doors and windows could significantly reduce the energy consumption caused by air infiltration. As a result, the heat source and initial investment should be cut down while the end configuration should he unchanged practically.
