重庆市高校体育专业学生培养现状研究

Research on the Status Quo of Students Cultivation Majored in Sports in Colleges and Universities in Chongqing

通过对重庆市开设有体育专业的重庆大学、西南大学、重庆师范大学、重庆工商大学、重庆三峡学院、重庆文理学院、长江师范学院、重庆教育学院、重庆邮电大学等学校的体育专业学生培养现状的调研,应用专家访谈、调查法和个别学生交流等方法,发现目前重庆市高校体育专业在学生培养目标、课程设置上存在着很大程度的相似性,体育专业学生就业压力凸显。面对社会对体育人才需求的多层次性、复合性,指出高校体育教育必须加强体育专业人才的综合素质的培养,拓展体育专业大学生的就业面,以达到人才培养与社会需求的相互促进。

Through the survey on the status quo of students cultivation majored in sports in Chongqing University, Southwest University, Chongqing Normal University, Chongqing Technology and Business University,Chongqing Three Gorges College, Chongqing Art and Science College, Yangtze River Normal College, Chongqing Education University, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, by using expert interview and communication with some students, the author finds that the cultivation methods for the students majored in sports in Chongqing＇ s colleges and universities have big similarity to some extent and that the students majored in sports have big employment pressure. The sports education in the colleges and universities must strengthen comprehensive quality cultivation for the students majored in sports, expand employment channel to reach interactive promotion between talent cultivation and social demand in the face of social demand of multiple levels and inter-disciplinary sports talents.
