舍曲林联合丹栀逍遥散治疗抑郁症对照研究

A control study of sertraline combined with danzhi xiaoyao san in depression

目的探讨舍曲林联合丹栀逍遥散治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，每组40例，治疗组口服丹栀逍遥散联合舍曲林治疗，对照组单用舍曲林治疗，观察6周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效，随时记录不良反应。结果治疗6周末治疗组显效率、总有效率均显著高于对照组（x2=5．00、3．91，P〈0．05），不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（x2=4．71，P〈0．05）。结论舍曲林联合丹栀逍遥散治疗抑郁症起效快，疗效显著，安全性高，显著优于单用舍曲林治疗。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of sertraline combined with danzhi xiaoyao san in depression. Methods Eighty depression patients were randomly assigned to two groups of 40 ones each, treatment group were treated with sertraline combined with danzhi xiaoyao san and control group with single sertraline for 6 weeks. Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton De- pression Scale （HAMD） and adverse reactions recorded any time. Results At the end of the 6th week obvi- ous and total effective rate were significantly higher （x2 =5.00, 3.91 ,P〈0.05） and incidences of adverse reactions lower （x2=4. 71,P〈0. 05） in treatment than control group. Conclusion Sertraline combined with danzhi xiaoyao san takes effect more rapidly and has an evident effect and higher safety compared with single sertraline in depression.
