摘要
目的探讨自我分析理论与技术方法在军校中的实际应用。方法运用自我分析方法对具有轻微神经质倾向的军校学员个案进行分析。结果在自我分析理论指导下,该学员能够提出改善神经质倾向的有效建议,为其在军校中的进一步发展指明了方向。结论自我分析方法能够有效改善军校学员的心理健康状况。
Objective To explore the practical application of self-analysis theory and technique in military school. Methods Analyses were conducted using self-a- nalysis theory in cadets' individual case with mild neuroticism tendency. Results The cadet could put forward effective proposal for improving neuroticism tenden- cy under the guidance of the selLanalysis theory, the student is able to make ef- fective proposals to improve neurotic tendencies. Conclusion Self-analysis meth- od can effectively improve mental health status of cadets.
