电话回访式健康教育对出院抑郁症患者治疗依从性的影响

Effects of health education of telephone return visit on treat- ment compliance of discharged depression patients

目的探讨电话回访式健康教育对出院抑郁症患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将80例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，每组40例，两组均在出院时给予常规健康教育，研究组在此基础上实施电话回访式健康教育。观察1年。于出院1年后进行电话回访评价两组的治疗依从性。结果研究组遵嘱服药、保持健康生活方式、保持良好情绪、睡眠质量好、主动咨询、按时复诊比率均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论电话回访式健康教育能帮助患者提高治疗依从性，使患者更好地进行自我保健，自觉避免或减少抑郁症的不利因素，提高了患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of health education of telephone re- turn visit （TRV） on treatment compliance of discharged depression patients. Methods Eighty depression patients were randomly divided into two groups of 40 ones each, both groups received routine health education at discharge, at this basis research group Olcl TRV health education additionally. They were observed for 1 year. In 1 year after discharge treatment compliances were assessed through TRV. Results Compared with control group, research group got high- er scores in medication compliance, maintaining health life style, maintaining good emotion, sleep quality, active counseling and punctual return visit （P〈 0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion TRV health education could help patients improve treatment compliance, promote better self health, avoid or lessen harmful factors, and increase patients＇ quality of life.
