摘要
目的筛选虎耳草抗前列腺癌生物活性部位。方法采用MTT法研究虎耳草不同极性提取物对PC-3细胞的增殖抑制作用,运用流式细胞法检测受试药对PC-3细胞周期分布的影响以及凋亡情况,应用电镜观察PC-3细胞凋亡的形态学特征,探讨抗前列腺癌作用机制。结果虎耳草不同提取部位对PC-3细胞的增殖均有一定抑制作用,随着药物浓度和作用时间的增加而增强。结论虎耳草乙醇提取后乙酸乙酯萃取部位具有很好的抗前列腺癌活性。
Aim To screen the anti-prostate-tumor parts from Saxifraga stolonifera. Methods MTT assay was used to detect anti-prostate-tumor activity of each extraction. The cell ratio in the different stages of the cell cycle and apoptotic ratio of PC-3 cells were detec- ted by flow cytometry(FCM). Electron microscopy was used to observe the morphological features of PC-3 ap- optosis. Results Different extract fractions had cer-tain inhibition on the proliferation of PC-3 cells. The effect was enhanced with the increase in drug concen- tration and time. Conclusion Ethanol extracted with ethyl acetate extract has good anti-prostate -tumor ac- tivity.
