Observation and Analysis of Porcine Kidney Cells Infected by Porcine Pseudorabies Virus

利用流式细胞仪检测猪肾细胞感染猪伪狂犬病毒后的细胞周期和细胞凋亡的变化,结果显示:猪伪狂犬病毒感染猪肾细胞影响了细胞的正常周期,大部分细胞被阻滞在DNA合成前期无法进入下一步程序;细胞进而出现大量的凋亡,既而形成了显微镜可见的空斑。

Cell cycle and cell apoptosis of porcine kidney cells infected by porcine pseudorabies virus were detected by using flow cytometer. The results showed that the cellular normal cycle was influenced after the porcine kidney cells infected by porcine pseudorabies virus, and most ceils stayed in the DNA synthesis prophase and could not enter the next synthesis phase, so the most cells appeared apoptosis and the plaque could be observed in the microscope.
