聚合物泥浆在钻孔桩施工中的应用

通过大西铁路客运专线渭洛河特大桥工程建设,对聚合物泥浆在钻孔桩施工中的应用进行了研究,内容包括:聚合物泥浆的制备工艺、桩基的成孔钻进工艺、桩基的钢筋笼吊放工艺、桩基成孔的清孔工艺以及桩基浇筑工艺等。通过实践检验,证明聚合物泥浆可以在钻孔作业过程中加强泥浆对孔壁的护壁能力,更有效的阻止地下水向孔中渗透,有效的减少了钻进时对钻头和钻杆的磨损,有效的加快了钻渣的沉淀凝聚速度,有效的避免了钻孔施工中出现孔壁坍塌等引起的埋钻、埋杆等事故,是经济环保高效的新型产品,可确保较高的施工质量,达到理想的施工效果。

The paper introduced rotary drilling by passenger dedicated l）atong Xlan ratlway, thin paper studied the application of polymer mud in rotary drilling, including preparation of mud, rotary drills grouting holes, install reinforcing cage, hole cleaning, pouring concrete etc. It is proved that poly mer mud can strengthen the mud on the hole wall protection ability in the drilling process, more effective to prevent groundwater infiltration to the hole, effectively reduce the wear of the drill bit and drill stem, effective to accelerate drilling waste slag precipitation condensation rate, effectively avoid burying, bur ied rod accidents occur collapse of hole wall drilling construction. It is a new product of economy and en vironmental protection and efficient, that can ensure the construction has higher quality, achieve the construction effect ideal.
