国外风险投资评价体系及其对我国的启示

Foreign Venture Capital Evaluation System and its Enlightenment to China

文章对国外12例风险投资评价体系的研究发现,国外风险投资评价具有如下特点:数据来源真实,榜单内容u翔实,指标体系全面合理并且具有前瞻性,体现了评价机构的专注和专业性。因此,文章指出我国应借鉴国外风险投资评价的经验,优化指标设置,采用更严谨的数据收集方法,增加评价过程的客观性,并考虑引入新的评价方法。

Studying on 12 foreign venture capital evaluation systems, this paper finds that, they have real date sources, detailed lists, reasonable, comprehensive and forwardlooking criterion systems, which reflect the concentration and professional of evaluation institutions. China should draw on the merits of the experiences of foreign venture capital evaluation institu tions, optimize the index setting, use more rigorous methods of data collection, increase the objectivity of the evaluation pro cess, and considering the introduction of new evaluation methods.
