铁观音茶提取物在卷烟成型纸中的应用

The Application of Tieguanyin Tea Extract in the Wrap Paper of Cigarette

通过将铁观音茶提取物添加到卷烟成型纸中,利用GC-MS进行挥发性成分及特征香味成分在卷烟主流烟气中的转移分析,并结合卷烟感官质量评价对铁观音茶提取物在卷烟成型纸中的应用可行性进行了初步的探讨。结果表明,通过将铁观音茶提取物涂布到滤棒成型纸上可以将其特征香气成分转移到卷烟烟气中;铁观音茶提取物能明显改善卷烟抽吸品质,使烟气刺激性降低,柔和、甜润增加,并能凸显茶的香韵且与烟草本香协调,初步说明了铁观音茶提取物在卷烟成型纸中的应用是可行的。

Tieguanyin tea extract was added into the cigarette wrap paper.GC-MS was applied for the transfer analysis of the volatile components and characteristic flavor components in cigarette mainstream smoke.Sensory quality evaluation was adopted to judge the feasibility of applying Tieguanyin tea extract in the wrap paper of cigarette.The results showed that the characteristic flavor components of Tieguanyin tea extract coated on the wrap paper of cigarette could be transferred to cigarette mainstream smoke.Tieguanying tea extract could improve smoking quality as it could reduce smoke irritating,increase the soft and sweet sense,highlight the tea rhyme and was harmonious with the natural flavor of tobacco.It was preliminarily proved that the application of Tieguanyin tea extract in the wrap paper of cigarette was feasible.
