双轴立式螺旋开沟器切削土壤数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 针对单轴立式螺旋开沟器工作时直线行走性能差、功耗大等问题,结合山地果园开沟作业的要求,以降低开沟机功耗为目的,采用现代设计及分析方法,利用有限元法、光滑粒子流体动力学以及显示动力学方法开展反旋双轴立式螺旋开沟器切削土壤的数值模拟研究,模拟单因素作用下主轴转速、进给速度和叶片螺距对切削力和功耗的影响。结果表明,切削力大小随进给速度和叶片螺距的增加而增加,随着主轴转速的增加而减小,且进给速度对切削力和功耗影响明显,适当改变这些参数可以提高开沟器的使用寿命,对降低功耗具有重要的意义。 According to the problems of lacking linear walk and high power dissipation of uniaxlial vertical spiral opener,combining the requirements of ditching work in mountainous orchard,aiming at decreasing the power consumption of uniaxial vertical spiral opener,modern design and analysis methods were applied for numerical simulation of a dual-axle vertical spiral opener cutting soil using finit element method(FEM),smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH) and explicit dynamics.The influence of spindle speed,feed speed and pitch of helical blades on the cutting force and power consumption were simulated under single factors.Cutting force magnitude increased with the feed speed and blade pitch increasing,but decreased with the spindle speed increasing.Among them feed speed was the most signifcant impact on cutting force and power consumption.Appropriate changes of these parameters could improve the life of the opener and was of great significant to reduce power consumption.
