摘要
运用LTR-FINDER对葡萄(Vitis vinifera)基因组中的19条染色体LTR反转录转座子进行分析。结果表明,葡萄基因组中19条染色体上共检索到5 470个LTR反转录转座子,约占葡萄基因组10.7%。LTR反转录转座子分析为进一步开展葡萄品种鉴定和遗传多样性分析奠定了基础。
The compositions of LTR retrotransposon of 19 chromosomes in the grape genome were analyzed based on the LTR-FINDER.The results showed that 5 470 LTR retrotransposons were detected,occupying about 10.7% of grape genome.The analysis of LTR retrotransposons laid the foundation for further development of the grape variety’s identification and genetic diversity analysis.
