摘要
简要分析了农村妇女教育培训对新农村建设的影响,结合河北省农村妇女教育培训状况,从农村妇女、政府和培训机构3个层面找出了培训过程中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了完善河北省农村妇女教育培训的对策。
The impact of the education training of rural women to the new rural construction was analyzed briefly;then combining education training status of rural women in Hebei province,the problems in the training process from the three levels of rural women,government and training institutions,suggestions to improve the education and training of rural women in Hebei province were put forward.
