摘要
以单相逆变器电源为研究对象,比较和分析对控制部分加入死区时间前后的电源输出波形及失真度,指出了因死区时间带来的各种影响。并通过对以往常用的死区补偿方法的比较,研究了基于电流反馈补偿、无效器件补偿及复合补偿方法,并通过MATLAB仿真得以验证其具有较好的补偿效果。
Taking single phase inverter for studying, power supply outputs are compared and analysed under the condition of dead-time added or not on control part, all sorts of effects caused by dead-time are pointed out. The commonly used dead-time compensate methods are compared, compensate method based on current feedback and invalid device is studied, and it's proved by Matlab Simulink, at last the better compensate results are achieved.
