风险维修策略在石化系统检修周期优化中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 对石化装备定期维修和定期检修两种模式中的维修效果进行分析,应用比例役龄消减模型和包含非理想检测维修的延迟时间模型计算设备的可靠度。对基于风险的维修策略进行改进,提出计算设备故障概率消减的主观方法和客观方法,以便使子系统的风险低于可接受风险准则;提出一种包含非理想维修的维修和检测周期优化模型。将基于风险的维修策略应用到重整反应系统检测优化中,结果表明,当进料换热器E201A/B、反应器R201~R204、水冷器E202A/B和空冷器A201的检测周期为9个月时,子系统的风险可以满足风险准则的要求。 The maintenance effect in strategy of periodic preventive maintenance and periodic inspection/maintenance for petrochemical equipment is discussed. The proportional age reduction model and the delay time model with imperfect inspection maintenance are used to evaluate the equipment reliability. Improving the risk based maintenance (RBM) strategy, both objective and subjective methods are given to determine the reduction of equipment failure probability to keep subsystem risk under acceptable risk criterion. A model involving imperfect maintenance is presented to determine the optimal maintenance and inspection intervals. The improved RBM strategy is applied to the inspection optimization of a reforming reaction system (RRS). The results show that the risks of all subsystems in the RRS are acceptable when the inspection intervals of heat exchanger E201A/B, reactor R201-R204, water cooler E202A/B and air cooler A201 are reduced to 9 months.
