摘要
建立HPLC法同时测定经湿式催化氧化酚类废水中11种物质。采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18为分析柱,乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在0~10 min采用210 nm,10~24 min采用276nm进行检测。回收率为95%~105%;RSD为0.9%~4.5%;检出限为0.033~6.580 ng(S/N=3)。该方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高,重现性好,为产物分析检验提供了一种可靠的方法。
To simultaneously determine the contents of eleven components in wet catalytic oxidation of phenols waste water by HPLC method.The separation of eleven ingredients was achieved on a Agi-- lent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 min×4.6 mm, 5μm)with gradient elution using solvents of acetonitrile and 0.01 mol/L sodiuat phosphate dibasic, The detective wave length was at 210 or 276 nat.The recovery rate was in the range of 95%--105%, and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were in the range of 0.9%--4.5%.The detection limits ranged from 0.033ng-6.580ng(S/N=3).Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, it can be used to product analysis and provide efefective method.
