摘要
杂质控制是药品质量研究中的一项重要内容。药物中的杂质含量低、来源广泛、结构多与主成分类似,必须选择合适的分析技术进行研究。而色谱及其联用技术专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好,能提供丰富的结构信息,是目前杂质检测中普遍采用的方法。本文对近年来应用色谱法及其联用技术进行杂质分析的新进展进行了综述。
Impurity control is one of the important content of drug quality control.Drug impurities should be analyed by suitable analysis technics because of low content,varieties of sources and main compositions similar-structured.Nowadays chromatography and coupling technics are generally used in drug impurities detections for their specificity,sensitivity,reproducibility and abundant structural information.This paper briefly reviews their application in analysis of drug impurities.
