摘要
目的研究鸡肝散总黄酮(TFEEB)对机体非特异免疫作用和体液免疫作用的影响。方法 TFEEB分为高、中、低(200、150、100mg·kg-1)3个剂量组,用碳粒廓清法测定单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,从而研究对非特异性免疫功能的影响;用血清溶血素实验研究对体液免疫功能的影响。结果碳粒廓清试验,TFEEB高剂量组可显著提高小鼠碳粒阔清指数k和吞噬指数α(P<0.05),增强正常小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;血清溶血素试验,高、中、低剂量组光密度值均大于模型组,TFEEB能明显促进鸡红细胞致敏小鼠溶血素的生成;同时,高、中剂量组小鼠脾指数和胸腺指数均有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 TFEEB对正常小鼠的非特异性免疫、体液免疫功能具有增强作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of total flavone extract of Elsholtzia blanda(TFEEB) on nonspecific immunity and humoral immunity in normal mice.METHODS The effect of TFEEB on nonspecific immunity and humoral immunity in normal mice was observed by carbon clearance,quantitative hemolysis test,respectively.RESUTLS The clearance index(k) and values of phagocytic index(α) were markedly elevated in high dose group(200mg.kg-1) by carbon clearance test(P 0.05).In quantitative hemolysis,compared with model group,the value of OD in high,middle and low(200,150,100mg.kg-1) group all obviously increased(P 0.05).Meanwhile,the thymus and spleen indices were also increased(P 0.05).CONCLUSION TFEEB showed significant immunomodulatory effects on normal mice through nonspecific immunity and humoral immunity.
