摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定中医滋补膏方中甘草酸含量的方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇-0.05mol·L-1乙酸铵-冰乙酸(62∶37∶1)为流动相;流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长250nm。结果甘草酸线性范围10.0～100.0μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率和RSD分别为98.01%和1.46%。结论方法简便、可靠,可用于中医滋补膏方中甘草酸含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the Glycyrrhizic acid in Herbal Paste;METHODS The analytical column was packed with the Hypersil ODS 2 column（250mm × 4.6mm,5μm）.Mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05mol.L-1 ammonium acetate solutions-acetic acid（62∶37∶1）,The flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1 and the UV detection wavelength was 250nm.RESUTLS The linear range of Glycyrrhizic acid was obtained from the range of 10.0～100.0μg.mL-1（r = 0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.01% and RSD was 1.46%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,reliable and can be used for the determination of Glycyrrhizic acid in this preparation.
