Cause Analysis and Prevent of Blind Shot in Tunneling Blasting of Deep Roadway

深部巷道具有环境温度较高、水压较大和涌水量大的特点,在分析和预防深部巷道掘进爆破的盲炮时既要考虑爆破器材、施工工艺和电爆网络等方面的原因,还要针对其特点着重考虑爆破器材的防水及其爆炸敏感度和爆破整个网路的绝缘处理。有效的绝缘、防潮和防水措施成为深部巷道掘进爆破预防盲炮的又一关键问题,对类似深部巷道掘进爆破的盲炮预防具有一定指导作用。

The peculiarity of deep roadway is high temperature, high hydraulic pressure and large water inflow. When analyzing and preventing the blind shot in tunneling blasting at deep road- way we should consider the cause of blasting material, construc- tion technology and network of electrical blasting as well as con- sider the waterproof and explosion sensitivity of blasting equip- ment and the insulation of whole blasting network according to its characteristics. The effective insulation, moisture-proof and waterproof measures become other key problems of preventing blind shot at deep roadway tunneling blasting. It has a certain guiding role for prevention of the similar blind shot at deep road- way tunneling blasting.
