Aktobe orient oil technology service Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of CNPC XIBU drilling engineering company limited at Aktohe city of K;akhstan. Its main oil engi- neering business scope includes petroleum drilling, well cementa- tion, salvage, casing running, directional operation, coring, drilling tool and supporting material supply with technology service etc. The paper introduced the historical development, ac- tual management mode and organizational structure of the com- pany, discussed the short board and bottleneck problem discov- ered in management. Through careful analysis and comprehen- sive investigations the paper put forward the policy and means and the targeted practical implementation steps to realize the management improvement and set up a suit of sustainable impro- ring management system. By a series of measures such as enhan- cing management, reinforcing employee train and hard skills the aim to enhance employee's comprehensive qualities and skills would be come true, the corporation would have a motive power for sustainable development.
