摘要
从排水系统管理需求出发,结合天津临港工业区现状,提出了基于GIS的城市排水智能化专家决策系统的设计方案。通过集成地理信息系统、排水管网模型和泵站优化调度等,实现预测降雨信息,模拟雨污水在排水管网的运行状态,根据预测信息和专家经验分析确定泵站的实时调度方案。所建立的系统为管理人员有效地进行日常管理、泵站调度以及处理突发事件提供科学依据与参考,实现了不同管理部门之间的数据共享,对提高城市排水系统管理的效率和水平具有重要意义。
An expert system for urban drainage information management based on GIS is proposed in this dissertation. The drainage management system was designed combining with the current situation of Tianjin Harbor industrial zone. Rainfall information is predicted and running state of sewage water in drainage network is simulated through geographic information system (GIS) , drainage network model and optimized pump station scheduling, thus a real-time scheduling scheme for pump station is decided with predicted data and expert experience. The established system provide scientific guides and references for the managers effectively carrying out the daily management, pumping station scheduling and handling emergencies. Data sharing between the different management departments was realized and it is of great significance to improve the efficiency and level of the urban drainage system management.
