摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理在产科病房中的应用。方法 2011年6月开始对我科存在的护理风险进行分析,制定风险防范措施,指导护士避免护理风险,确保护理安全。结果风险管理前后护理综合满意度和护理质量检查评分明显提高,护理投诉纠纷和护理不良事件发生率明显下降。结论产科病房实施护理风险管理能降低护理缺陷、投诉,提高护理管理质量,提高病人满意度,保障患者的医疗护理安全。
Objective Probe into the application of nursing risk management in maternity wards. Methods Analyze the existing nursing risks in our department from June 2011 to now, make measures of preventing risks, guide nurses to avoid nursing risks, ensure the safety of nursing. Results The score of nursing comprehensive satisfaction and nursing quality is obviously improved and the incidence of nursing complaint disputes and nursing adverse events is obviously decreased. Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in maternity wards can reduce nursing defects and complaints, improve the quality of nursing management, improve patients＇ satisfaction and ensure the safety of patients＇ medical nursing.
