广州高校青年教师内部营销发展障碍及激励策略

摘要 广州高校青年教师有独特的成长特点,在高校的内部营销过程中,物质激励难以满足社会需求,高校对人员关系的营销与运营也存在不足,因此,要构建基于"以人为本"、"科学发展"的内部营销策略,提高青年教师的团队精神和战斗力,从而进一步提高学校的市场竞争力。 Young teachers in higher schools of Guangzhou have unique characteristics of the growth. In the course of the internal market- ing process in higher schools, material incentives are very difficult to meet the needs of the society, and there exist some short points on higher schools' marketing and operations on the staff relationship marketing and operations. Therefore, it is of necessity to establish in- ternal marketing strategies based on the "people -oriented" and "scientific development" concepts to enhance teamwork and working ef- fectiveness of the young teachers, thus further improving the market competitiveness of the school.
