摘要
夹层泡沫与复合材料整体VARI成型过程中,在界面上易产生弱粘接以及粘接不稳定现象。该文采用三种不同方法改善夹层泡沫与复合材料界面粘接性能,在夹层泡沫表面涂覆本体树脂,采用本体树脂制备胶膜铺放在夹层泡沫盒复合材料之间,在夹层泡沫与复合材料之间增加一层空隙率更大的织物。结果表明,三种方法均能改善夹层结构的界面,铺放胶膜对界面改善效果最佳,涂敷树脂效果相对最差。
The weak adhesive usually occurred in the interface of the foam sandwich composites by Ihe vacuum assisted resia infusion (V,XRI) infusion pracess.Three methods were applied to improve the adhesive property of the interface of the loam sandwich composites.First, the surface of the faaln was coated resin.Secand, the resin film was placed between the foam and the coolposites.Tilird, the fabric was placed between the foam and the composltes.The result iudicated that the second method is most effective way to improve the adhesive property of the interface of the foam sandwich composites while the first eaethod was the worst way.
