摘要
以承钢棒线厂6条生产线20个稀油站为研究对象,利用原子发射光谱对润滑油中磨损金属元素成分进行量化确定。根据OSA2原子发射光谱仪,对20个油样进行了10次化验,利用统计分析方法计算出各磨损元素的报警界限值和危险界限值。
The determination of the fray metal--element contents of lubrication oil that is 20 kinds device of 6 production line by using atomic spectometry is described.According to of 20 kinds lubrication oil by using OSA2 spectral analysis has calculated alarm bounds and risk bounds of all kinds fray metal--elenment by using statistical method.
