本文结合天溪公司作为国内煤制油示范项目的特殊性、承担示范项目的实际以及特殊的员工队伍组成情况,深入分析了公司员工的思想特点,提出了具有科学性的思想政治工作新理念,对做好企业思想政治工作具有一定的指导意义。

Based on the specificity of coal-to-gasoline exemplary project,along with the consideration of the complex employees composition of TianXi Company,the paper analyzes the ideological characteristics of the staff from TianXi Company, and proposes new concepts and scientific approaches of ideological and political education in the perspective of practical and theoretical view,thus better guiding the work of ideological and political education in our company.
