摘要
航道信息化是航道管理的发展趋势,也是黑龙江省航道局正在进行和力求完美的目标。针对信息化的若干技术细节进行了探讨,并提出了必须关注数据同步,信息的时效,保证数据的安全,同时要使黑龙江省大多数江河航标能实现遥测遥控。
Waterway informationization is a developing trend of waterway management,and also a perfect aim strived by Heilongjiang Provincial Waterway Bureau.Based on the discussion of several technical details for informationization,it is proposed to pay attention to the data synchoronization and information prescription and the data safety.In the meanwhile,it can be realized only when the remote measure and remote control for the most of navigation marks is realized in Heilongjiang Province.
