一次性根管充填的临床疗效观察

A clinical evaluation of one-single visit of root canal therapy

目的通过临床追踪评估一次性根管充填治疗牙髓病与根尖周病的疗效。方法临床上随机选取394颗需要进行根管治疗的患牙,采用一次法进行根管预备与充填,观察其不同时间点的治疗效果,并与多次法进行比较。结果采用一次法进行治疗的患牙取得很好的临床治疗效果,治疗后疼痛发生率较低。结论正确选取适合的病例进行一次性根管充填可以确保较好的临床疗效,是一种较好的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of one-visit root canal treatment for teeth with endodontitis and apical pe- riodontitis. Methods 394 patients met the inclusion criteria and consented to participate in this study. Patients were randomly assigned to either the one-visit or multi-visit group, and root canal therapy was performed with a standardized protocol. All of patients, 200 in the one-visit group and 194 in the multi-visit group, were evaluated at 14 days, 1 month and 12 months re- spectively. Results The primary outcome measure was change in apical bone density by using the periapieal index. Secondary outcome measures were proportion of teeth healed or improved in each group. Both groups exhibited equally favorable periapical healing after 12 months, with no statistically significant differences between two groups. Conduslon Selection of suitable cases for one-single visit of root canal filling can ensure satisfied clinical curative effects.
