摘要
智能手机的出现,引发了移动互联网业务的快速发展。电信运营商通过定制手机终端和增强用户体验来参与新形势下的产业竞争。文章提出电信领域的用户体验概念和用户体验的研究范畴,通过研究、对比国外运营商的经验,提出适合国内运营商的终端用户体验的研究体系及方法,并通过实例验证该研究体系的可用性,最后对运营商提出终端用户体验管理流程的建议。
The appearance of smart phone causes rapid development of mobile Internet. Telecom operators have taken part in the industry competition under the modern situation by customizing mobile phone and improving user experience. This paper puts forward telecom user experience and the research category, and presents research system and methods suitable for domestic operators by studying and comparing the experience of domestic and foreign operators. It has proved the availability of the research system by some cases. Finally some suggestions about managment process of the end user experience are made for telecom operators.
