摘要 现役长输管道加热炉使用原油作为燃料,原油燃烧后产生的高温烟气直接作用在承压炉管上,导致加热炉的使用寿命和安全可靠性降低。现役加热炉每隔5年大修一次,修理费用高,操作维护繁琐。从技术和经济两方面分析了原油电磁加热炉研制的可行性。利用成熟的电磁加热技术,不仅可以有效提高加热炉的安全使用寿命,还可以减少维护修理费用,提高自动化操作水平,防止环境污染。发展该技术将会带来很大的经济效益和社会效益。 In-service heaters in long-distance pipeline generally use crude oil as the fuel. High-temperature flue gas generated from combustion of crude oil has a direct effect on the pressure-bearing furnace tube so as to reduce service life and safe reliability of heaters. Current crude oil pipeline heaters are overhauled once every five years, with high repair costs and complex operation maintenance. The feasibility to develop a kind of electromagnetic heater for crude oil is analyzed from technology and economy. Mature electromagnetic heating technology can effectively increase the safe service life of heaters, reduce maintenance and repair costs of heaters, enhance automatic operation level and prevent environmental pollution. It is considered that to develop this technology will bring great economic and social benefits.
